We've shipped a batch of updates to the FanBase Hub, giving admins more control over how rewards and quests are presented, opening up API access, and improving platform reliability. Here's what's new.
Shop Updates
Three improvements to the shop. Prizes can now be flagged as featured and showcased in a carousel at the top of the shop page, so admins can spotlight limited drops or high-value rewards without relying on list position alone. Shop items can be arranged in a custom display order from the admin panel, following the same logic as quest and tag ordering. And fans can now filter the store by in stock and out of stock, making it easier to find claimable items in larger reward catalogues.
Quest Card Images
Custom background images can now be added to quest cards, making for a more dynamic and vibrant quest board.
Public API Access
API keys are now available for organisations to draw platform data into their own infrastructure, whether for internal purposes or to showcase live data across their own channels, such as a live user acquisition or quest counter on an organisation's website.
Platform Stability & Quest Reliability
Fixes across game integration quest templates, account binding, and the newsfeed. Quest progress updates reliably on completion, account reconnection works as expected, and posts render correctly on all screen sizes.
